Interesting -- is there a thread on that? And/or people (esp. here on FT) start to know "don't book <xyz> aircraft type on BA" because it's a noticeably worse experience?
There are many threads but the detail is scattered across many threads and quite often it's a comment made in a thread about something else, so they can be hard to signpost. The BA forum does have threads per aircraft type so that's a good place to go looking, they are indexed in the forum dashboard.
For example - if travelling in Y, avoid a BA 787 like the plague, cos the seats are not built for comfort.
The shortcomings with the galleys and crew rest areas mainly create operational issues for the airline and it's staff, although the galley does result in limited catering in some cases.
