I became Ulti at the end of the 2018 with a 2 year period
2019-2020
2021-2022
And then I requalified at the end of 2022 for 2023 & 2024.
I gained 1279 UXP in 2023 and I got 900 UXP deducted while my Ulti status is still ending in 2024 (I was already Ulti till 2024) so no UXP should have been deducted
What do you guys suggest ?

The way I understand it is that you should have had 900 UXP given to you today. Then it should be deducted at your next qualifying date. At least this is what has happened to me since my qualification date is in Nov 2024 and status was running until 2025 before the switch.
But your two year period would've ended this year. In that case it seems like none of your UXP should've been deducted until you reach your qualification date in late 2024. Seems like worth checking with the TA to explain why 900 UXP was taken today when you already had the necessary UXP deducted before to get you Ulti this year.
