The A380 F space is much bigger than on any other aircraft, both in terms of the seat-related space as well as the overall cabin space (aisle width, cabin height, wall curvature, etc). It lacks a door, but the seat walls are so high and the seats staggered enough (or sit in 1A/K and nobody will see you and you won’t see anybody).
The 787 is at the other end of the spectrum, with the 77W (777-300ER) refurbished seats with doors somewhere in the middle.
In F I choose to fly the A380 where possible, the 77Ws next and then the 787s, but recent cancellation experiences have dented my confidence in getting anywhere on an A380 on time.
You’ll note that I haven’t mentioned the 77Ms (777-200ERs) because those seats are the worst if the lot.
