I am not sure this question is so stupid. First reports from passengers on Japanese media implied, that pax were ordered by the crew to stay in their seats. Passengers disobeyed the order and started to get up and move to the exit. Allegedly no evacuation order was ever given.
I am sure we will hear more about the validity of these statements soon.
