This was on the 4th Sep 2023, HND - LHR, JL41, one of Chef Tohru Kawashima’s menus. I hope his Ipponsugi Kawashima restaurant has survived as it is in the middle of the Noto Peninsula.
Below the photo I took is the promo video that accompanies the meal with all the details. It was followed by a Milk Tea Tart flavour Haagen Dazs.
