When considering an EU261 claim, is it the first reason for delay that is used? In this case, we departed 1.5 hours late due to a late crew. We're now caught up in Storm Henk and have landed at an airport that was not our original destination (following a rather hairy go around).

Not sure we'd be in this situation if the crew hadn't been late and we'd taken off on time.....now 7 hours late, still sat on the plane on the ground in Liverpool!

What are your thoughts?
