Had a 4 night stay in December. Booked suite with points. Hotel and a room are pretty dated. Had two major complaints:

1. Housekeeping. One of the worst I ever experienced. Trash left behind, towels never replaced, even toilet paper not restocked.

2. Lack of hot water in the morning and in the evening. Good luck having hot shower in the morning. Best case scenario is lukewarm water, otherwise simply cold water.

5K points seems like a good value but in the end you are getting what you paid for.
