10 minutes tops when busy….usually has two separate scanner lines, but passengers are the ones that hold it up the most.
seems to be getting longer and longer. a few years ago there might have been 2-3 people in line at any given time, unless you had the bad luck of walking up behind a large family traveling together. now i'd say 10 minutes is the norm.
