Vegetarian meal in Business AMS-YYZ (appetizer, main course, and light lunch). For dessert, I could pick from the cheese plate and normal dessert. Everything tasted good, so I will probably choose this in the future. I took my chances on the flight there, and the regular pasta dish was not as good as anything I had on the way back. They gave me margarine by default, but I was able to request regular butter. All and all a good experience.
