Not sure if this is a true TK OKR. I guess someone from TK HDQ already calculated incremental cost vs. incremental revenue of keeping all kitchens open 24/7.
But, anyway, you are barking up the wrong tree. I do not believe we saw any hard evidence TK folks are even reading this forum. I would suggest to complain via online feedback form. If enough people are complaining maybe they will change the approach.
