I went by the office in Wan Chai today to try (unsuccessfully) to enroll. A few points to note for others:
* The three visits MUST be entrances through the airport. Entrances by bus/rail from Macao/mainland do not count.
* The official only gets a yes/no from the computer on visit count and doesn't seem to have a way to override it. They can't see details of individual entrances.
* Digital frequent flyer cards were acceptable. Make sure the airline's app can display something looking like a card, they have a book to compare images against.
* The wiki in this thread is out of date - base level status is NOT acceptable for Cathay/Philippines Airlines. You must have some higher tier status as well as a non-zero number of points in the account.
