I would agree if that was the policy. But it doesn’t say that there needs to be reward seat availability, therefore like all other customers, I should be allowed to change to the alternative flight time, exactly like every other customer.

It has to be over 3 hours as per the policy. In the past I had a change bang on 3 hours and there wasn't any flexibility as a result.
