I'm guessing the airport won't open until sometime after daylight. I landed at NRT day of the Fedex crash. I think it was about 7 hours after the accident but that was during the day. They'll probably want to do a close inspection of the runways and taxiways in daylight before reopening.
Yeah - I'd say the runway would be out of action for some time as the fire would have surely damaged it. I'm guessing the fire service staff will also need some extra rest time once the fire(s) are out before starting a new shift.
