Comments: Upgraded to Sea View Room in the app but downgraded back to Deluxe Room at check-in citing guest in that room had extended their stay. Tried to argue but they said hotel is full and no suites available either, offered me an Executive Room but smoking and twin beds so I declined. Excellent Executive Lounge
