If BA cancel your flight and there is no direct alternative that day, will BAH shift your holiday along by 24 hours so you still get the agreed 5 night package with direct flights? If so, will you be faced with hotel change fees?
Evidence on here seems to be conflicting.
They have been pretty accommodating to most people when things need to change because of a BA cancellation.
I had a flight cancelled and was auto-rebooked onto one the next day. But I rang up and got a flight later the previous day instead and they moved all the rest of my flights on by one day and added an extra night at the hotel all at no cost to me (as the later flight got me in in the evening rather than the morning so would have meant 1 less day holiday at the destination).
As I said to the OP. Figure out what you would ideally like as a resolution, get all the details together, and then ring up. If there is a difficulty because the agent is being intransigent then politely HUACA.
