It’s not that it needs to be ‘fixed’ - it just takes time to update. .... presumably the update on last year PQP on mystatus.united.com, though that site typically goes dark for a bit at the beginning of the year for a few weeks while they update things for the new year.
If you definitely went above the threshold, and especially if your yearly summary on Chase confirms it, I wouldn’t worry too much about it for a couple of weeks at least.
The fitst batch in October posted within a day or two of crossing $12k. My Status website was dark for half a day this morning with a message that it would be updated by the afternoon - and it was indeed back up in the afternoon. It now shows my 2023 stats as "last year" with the same 11,599 PQP balance as I had on December 31.
I'm not worried about requalifying yet. Fingers crossed they
fix update it without me having to call or email or chat with MP support.
