For some reason they don't really reveal the name of beers, sake, sochu, whisky offered for EY menu.
Below is the beer selection on board, there have also suntory alcohol free beer which you can see on first photo of Unagi paid meal in my post above.
My fav selection is Yebisu
For Gin they are using mini Bombay Sapphire Blue, for whisky i'm unsure do they used exactly in EY since they made the whisky highball in galley.
For Sake I am not sure what are they using now but in 2019 they are using Hakutsuru branded sake
For PY folks they have Sparkling Wine and Sochu. Again, unsure on the exact brand used as I did not sat onboard PY.
For Wine they have their own branded Double O (you can see bottle by scrolling down here
