3. That depends on why you were put on the list.
4. That might depend on whether Hertz determines that you were improperly put on its do-not-rent list.
Have you had any accidents or moving violations in the past few years? Have you ever done a chargeback with a credit-card issuer for a charge from Hertz or one of its affiliates? Have you ever had a dispute or argument with a Hertz employee in connection with a Hertz rental? Have you ever used a Hertz CDP discount code which you were not entitled to use?
