Fingers crossed they fix it.
’fix’ it?
It’s not that it needs to be ‘fixed’ - it just takes time to update. No one said the PQP post instantaneously on hitting the thresholds. However, thresholds are based on calendar year spend. IME, it takes about a week for the PQP to update, but given end of years and holidays, it could be a bit longer. Part of the other thing about end of year is that you can’t actually ‘see’ the PQPs if they post after calendar year end. You will see your updated status (or expiry date on card if renewing your current status), and presumably the update on last year PQP on mystatus.united.com, though that site typically goes dark for a bit at the beginning of the year for a few weeks while they update things for the new year.
If you definitely went above the threshold, and especially if your yearly summary on Chase confirms it, I wouldn’t worry too much about it for a couple of weeks at least.
