Any thoughts on Hyatt Centric Tokyo v Hotel Toranomon Hills?

Looking at King Bed at Centric v King Deluxe at the latter which should be similar in size (~30 ish sqm)

Seems like Centric has a far superior location but any other considerations for the Tokyo experts here? Thanks!
