I also found the GOMOBILE23 on QR website and tried to book MIA-CPT for August 2024 in Business Class. No matter what I did, the fare never changed from standard search whether I am logged in or not on mobile app. The current GOMOBILE23 code that expires Jan. 31, 2024 does state travel by June 2024, so my dates are outside the coverage. But, there is no discounted fares even when I tried dummy bookings for March 2024.
It's probably no surprise that it didn't work for August departures, given it expires before then
But it was working for me just now for flights Europe to CPT in March, provided I avoided the blackout dates.
Perhaps departures ex-MIA are not included in this offer. It is best to scrutinise the T&Cs listed on the offer page of the departing country's website. If not there are no doubt a bunch of other discount codes if you search, although expecting these to apply during peak holiday times is usually wishful thinking
