Latam has issued new Fare "Brands"... Gone are the days of Top fares and now Plus fares only exist on US flights. I find surprising thay all PY and Business fares are fully refundable, something that is very useful if booking on fare basis Z or I.

I find it's confusing the statement about UPG on Light fares from Brazil. A Light fare GRU-MIA would allow an UPG?

Any thoughts?
