Fraud detection measures can be great, but they can also be a major pain. (I remember not being able to pay my electricity bill from abroad - I had to use a VPN.) The trick is to find the right balance. If so many people are having trouble purchasing the product that you are trying to sell, methinks there's a bit of an issue there.
