it's fair to be disappointed about the property's failure to honor the suite upgrade and lack of follow up about it. On the other hand, this is a Cat 1 property, priced (I'm guessing since it was a holiday period) at 6.5k points or just over €100 per night. I can't think of any Cat 1 properties in North America or Europe where I'd find anything to call impressive. Maybe in Asia, but I have no experience there ...
