ALthough I don't know where are you, at least you should know Godiva. Does it have any store call Godiva in the city you live ?

In your mind, 752 have C and Y ? or just all Y ? You are listed as UA1P, I am sure by any chance you have used those 500-mile upgrade on a 752 right ?
