FHR Experience Las Vegas Hotels only

Bellagio
- Early check in / late check out : not used
- USD 100 amenities : used for overage breakfast spent (tips must be paid in all cases )
Can be used at most (if not all) MGM restaurants / properties
- Breakfast USD 66 (IIRC) can be used at buffet, sadele and few other places (no room service)
- Upgrade : no upgrade but a downgrade.
Booked 2 twin and got one king, low floor, no view, spa tower.
Check in at 10,40 pm and front desk agent told me that they run out of 2 beds and they’ll send a rollaway. (She was interesting enough to say « complimentary »
I asked for an upgrade as compensation and she called her manager ( the front desk agents there has zero power and have to call for anything, I often notice front desk agents on the phone with their managers with guest in front of them) The phone manager gave me an extra USD 100 credit.

The main issue is that the rollaway bed arrived at 2 am (I.e 3 hours after check in) after numerous calls and they offer to waive the resort fee. 3 hours waiting for that little is not fair IMHO
In a good hotel they’d have placed the rollaway bed prior to arrival.
They provided incorrect ETA for the rollaway.

At 1 am they offer an extra room in a different floor after a long hold as the phone agent was not able to have a reply from housekeeping. …
We had to wake up early for a tour the next day and didn’t want to pack for the night and to dress up so I refused.
I should have asked for 2 adjoining room at check in as I did book 2 beds so not my baby if they run out but didn’t think about it unfortunately and I don’t believe they’ll agree as all the people I speak were acting like bad robots.

Few info
- at check out nothing was removed (not the extra resort credit nor the resort fee. I told her at check out that manager Maria removed the resort fee. I could have tell whatever name as believe they do the same for everyone as soon as there is an issue.
- the front desk agent never called to request a rollway bed ( I know for sure as my ticket time was my first call to housekeeping from the room)
- a manager on the phone repeated they run out of 2 beds as this is normal., no apologies.
- At the time of booking (right after the hack ) the rate was the same for a king or two twins( about USD 200) for our week stay between Christmas and new year.
However later the twin room rate was much higher. Wonder if they’d have adjusted the rate.
- water pressure was very weak. So weak that I was cold in the shower
- housekeeping was either very good or very average depending of the day.
- no more turndown service
- we found the housekeeping Hoover upon check in with limited towels (zero hand towel)
Probably they didn’t finish the room. What kind of housekeeper can forget her hoover ?
- plenty of power plugs in the room which is good
- one heated pool and two jacuzzi open which was nice
- food and service at sadele was very good
- Breakfast buffet was large but there is no quality. Service was good.
- check in at the « invited guest » which is the the line for top tier elites (it’s not written invited)
- front desk agent quoted USD 399 for a penthouse lake view upgrade which was a good deal but I did pass. They also quoted 319 for a « salone suite »which is just a corner room and this is a bad deal.
- I did email the hotel about this issue and waiting for their reply.
- I was looking for a central location for this first time Family trip so pick up Bellagio which is a good choice for the location.
I’ll not go back. IMHO the best hotel is Wynn for services, hard product and food. Unfortunately the Wynn location is not the best for vacation / first timer.
