I recently became Gold on Star Alliance via UA, but don't yet have the membership card UA sends out showing Gold status (I do have the Silver card they previously sent). However, my app correctly shows that I'm now Gold. I'll be flying MDT-EWR-FRA-ALA later this week (first 2 segments on UA, and final segment on LH), and am hoping to use lounges at EWR and/or FRA.

LH's website says "Entry with a UA Global Services card and United Airlines boarding pass." Will the UA suffice instead of the card? tls
