17 floors in this hotel, which give some good views if view not blocked by other tall buildings. Floors 14- 17 are "premium" floors, as in high floors, and carry a supplement. I also was upgraded to a room with sofa, but also on the 17th floor, so a sort of double upgrade which I appreciate as it is the most they can do really. Nice as they offer a drink/ snack per person, not per room.
Don't even consider parking on the street in front, the hotel car park is not bad value, but there are alternatives and the area is pretty good.
Easy mattress run between this and the other Hampton and the HGI. I actually prefer the Hampton rooms. I also really like the breakfast, the last couple of times it has been cooked just right (but we are up/ out early).
If you need to get out and about, both this Hampton and the HGI have the edge, but its not far to the other Hampton either.
