The Azur Air case having been decided in 2021, it comes under the preceding paragraph around not being binding in the UK. It will still apply to BA flights departing EU airports.
CEDR, however, have upheld all cases that have been brought to my attention, and BA now often pays up before CEDR's processing. The underlying incident took place in July 2018, so I would be willing to say it applies in both directions.
