Here you go for the current paid meal for EY/PY

Benefit point of paid meal is you get served first vs rest of EY folks. Like very first.
They would put blue JA or WA sticker on the seat, tray and wall (if you on facing bulkhead) during boarding time.

For the current offering I think the Japanese meal was much more worth it (had some unagi speedrun the day before in Narita town)
Other than the main meal the rest of the service like snacks and pre arrival meal are the same as everyone else.

For me it would be an one off thing since it is not cheap and there only two selection.
If the new menu roll in I would give it another go
