I eventually got sorted…. The seats were there and the agent put them on hold… tried to send me a link via email twice to pay which never arrived and then said to go in manage my booking to pay… so it this point I have 3 approved payments sitting on my mastercard x 2 and Amex x 1… I could see the Amex one had reversed immediately just hoping the other 2 do the same… Wenr into my app on my phone and there was the option to pay… used PayPal with my Mastercard and as it processed I got an error message again… so tried with Apple Pay and my Amex and again got an error message…. Called them up and they have received 2 payments so now need to refund the Apple Pay one which could take up to 28 days!! So I have 5 payments in total on my 2 credit cards… world class airline? I think not!! Their IT systems are worse than BA and that is saying something! Anyway got my seat in business to Brisbane eventually let’s hope the onboard experience is better!
