Welcome to Flyertalk! $269 will get you an Economy Plus seat, which gives you at least 3 inches of extra legroom. You can cross reference the available seats and prices with this diagram, which is much more helpful than the diagram UA.com shows. The Economy Plus seats are those denoted by gray accents in the linked diagram (vs blue/purple-ish ones).

Row 30, seats 42ABC and 42JKL, and seats 44DEF might be more desirable due to no seat in front, offering effectively endless kneeroom and nobody reclining into you, but at the potential expense of restricted ability to stretch your legs all the way out and proximity of infants.
