So which one was it? Yes IRROPS can be hit or miss, but that’s also not any different from what you would experience from LH especially status-less in Y on a classic FRA or MUC late summer meltdown afternoon. TG short haul ops can have annoying delays (the national joke that TG stands for Tomorrow Go, etc.), but I have thankfully never experienced nor honestly can I even recall the last time TG had a systemwide meltdown.

Everyone else has pointed out correctly that TG is honestly not that different in terms of restrictions on voluntary changes. I’ll concede that TG’s subpar IT does make the already difficult changes even harder to navigate (both for the passenger and less experienced agents.) US3 SDC and no change fees on non-BE does spoil you the moment you’re no longer dealing with a US3 stock ticket.

Anyways there are so many legitimate things to complain about TG, I have no idea why you need to come up with this weird and vague wall of text. As a (half-time) BKK flyer, there is nothing I hate more than having to defend TG.
