We just completed a one-night stay here. We were upgraded to an impressive Claire Suite several days in advance without using a SNA (Ambassador status).

The rooftop bar served good cocktails (destination fee provided a $35 credit), and the pool area seemed like it would be pleasant during the day. We arrived after dark and left without breakfast, but we were offered a continental breakfast benefit.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants in DTLA.

I would definitely return.
