In F and J, free WiFi is benefit of the cabin class you are traveling in. You just need to use last name and seat number to register via the WiFi portal on board IIRC.
Thanks for the responses. I recently had an issue with not being able to access free wifi in Emirates First due to using a QF FF number. Hopefully this will be better.
