My wife and I have a family account with each of us having our own BA Avios account numbers. In looking at her account page it shows her card is expiring in Feb. 2024. In short no. The card expiry date relates to status with BA and not avios expiry date.
In terms of avios it is 36 months from last use, i believe this includes the use of them for a household redemption.
