I am trying to give the status pass before it expires but the link to "Redeem" is not working in the app or the browser. Did they expire already or is everyone having this issue?
Yeah, have a friend trying to apply a status pass and having issues too. Tried yesterday and got error. Tried again today, not working, called in and the agent said that benefit is unavailable due to technical difficulties.
