Just be aware that airlines are under siege with people committing fraud and trying to steal FF accounts. Social Engineering is how this often happens. They are going to be extremely reluctant to resolve the issue over the phone. If they did so routinely you would see hundreds of posts about stolen FF miles. It’s likely you will need them to snail mail a letter to the address on file or show up in person somewhere to verify identity.
