Ok. So I deleted the Plus Points for my reservation and reapplied. We (2 of us) automatically cleared on the departure leg (but the other two family members on the split reservation did not...BUT those two family members on the split reservation then automatically cleared on the RETURN leg (but we did not). Kinda wierd but I will take it. I give us a very good chance of all clearing eventually.
