Anomaly in counting of years for lifetime status?
In 2022 I've earned PE, for the first time. This gave me PE through Feb 2024.
Strangely, under my lifetime years I now have 4 years of being PE, whereas I'd expect at most 2 years on account of earning it in 2022 through all of 2023..

How exactly are the years for lifetime status calculated? Does the fact that I'll have PE in Jan/Feb of 2024 cause 2024 to be counted even though I did not get 50 EQN in 2023? If not, will I somehow be losing a year if I get to 50 EQN later in 2024?
