I’ve just used 2 vouchers in a single transaction to upgrade 4 people (all in HHA) one way.

I was able to select both vouchers with tick boxes in the ‘book and upgrade’ section when you choose to book a reward flight.

I completed this, this week on my iPhone if that’s any help. Definitely doable and was very simple for me.
