Yes, but there is no cc acceptance by BTS, as of yet. I have been trying to use cc to pay a higher amount to reload my rabbit card, and still no dice.
Last year, when I bought an MRT card at the ticket booth, the representative told me that I had to buy 300 baht minimum in order to use a cc, so I purchased a 500 baht card.
I have relied almost exclusively on BTS for my traveling needs, so I don't know much about MRT.
