I skipped last legs of multiple BAH tickets as I simply decided to continue flying or fly back to Hawaii. I searched BAH ticket terms and found no such clause.
If they're not refundable then it wouldn't be relevant so probably not included
You need a ticket that allows refunds after the date of departure
