Abysmal, until perhaps FS opens a new hotel in 2027. I can say that bc I've stayed at most of them and I live here. None of which will match the standards of this forum.
Probably the best shot will be suites at the Peninsula, but it has been on a steady decline for many years (bad food/service, old rooms etc). Now its mostly Chinese influencers having afternoon tea and taking pictures.
