My AA flights on the 17th have not posted, so I just submitted a claim.

I just know this is going to be a nightmare to sort out because of the odd way the flights turned out: Booked UVF-CLT-TPA. Due to fuel shortage in UVF (St Lucia) the flight diverted to MIA for refueling before continuing to CLT. We had to deplane for US entry in MIA, of course. Rather than reboard and be forced to overnight in CLT, I rebooked on a MIA-TPA flight for that night. Lord only knows AA recorded that and what they're telling BA.

I had to settle for a downgrade on MIA-TPA, so that'll probably cost me a bit. Not worth trying for ORC, though.
