Looking through room types, it seems that all twin and king rooms do not allow for a rollaway bed. You have to make it to the WOW or Extremely WOW suites before they allow the rollaway beds. Even for these, they still list 2 as the max number of people and pricing is way above 2x of the basic rooms.

I would certainly call the hotel directly and ask them to see if they would allow 3 people. Otherwise, I’d go for booking 2 rooms.
