It's out there. Booked a pair of J tickets SEA-ORD-DUB-FCO and VCE-DUB-ORD-SEA in J for 60K each. Like most Alaska partner awards now if you are located in Seattle you have to look at other cities (in this case ORD) to find awards. Once you book them you can add the Seattle leg (if they become available) or pay for a positioning flight. In this case both Seattle legs (in Y) became available about two days after booking.
