In this particular case, it does seem like the email was generated by the recent requests linked by WineCountryUA although I think I submitted my privacy request a couple of months ago. I got a follow up email with a link to a Qualtrics survey which asked for the birthdate and address information. This is the correct way to get this -- NOT asking for respondents to send their birthdate or other personally identifying information in via unencrypted email reply.
