I am about to go to KLIA and it is within 72 hours of the arrival in local time, but am unable to fill in the form because the arrival date is technically in 2024! Very bolehland experience. However, based on all the posts here saying that the staff at Imigrasi did not even bother to check their MDAC status, I suspect that nothing will happen when I go through. I'll still try to fill it out but I will report back by January 3rd to update you guys if it turns out to be necessary or not.
