- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes. Very good stay in a hotel in very good condition and having decent rates.

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive ?

I booked a “large room, balcony, city view” and got that (hotel was fully booked).

- How are the rooms?

Room was indeed of decent size with a nice balcony. On the 10th floor (top floor). Some rooms (another upper category) are very large with big terraces with loungers (some friends booked this category, so I was able to see it in real and those are certainly very enjoyable rooms). My bathroom was rather on the very small size.

Very good soundproofing

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:

• location (near Marques Pombal). 5 min walking from the metro station.
• modern & fresh
• great staff, most of them speaking French very well
• affordable rates
• very pleasant restaurant for breakfast (and bar/dinner), but we didn’t have dinner there.

Bad:

Sincerely nothing, apart the small bathroom.

Welcome drink was valid for the usual drinks. We used our vouchers for some Sangria.

Welcome amenity was a sardine can with some biscuits.
